Pond Hockey Classic Policies
Teams wishing to pull out of the tournament field prior to December 15, will receive one-third of the registration fee back. Teams pulling out after December 15, will not receive a registration fee refund.
If the event is cancelled due to weather or unsafe ice conditions ten days, or more, prior to the tournament, teams will receive a refund of half (50%) of the registration fee along with a guaranteed team spot for the 2017 PHC tournament for which they were registered to play. If the event is cancelled less than ten days prior to the tournament, teams will receive a guaranteed team spot for the 2017 PHC tournament for which they were registered to play, however no refunds will be given.
The Pond Hockey Classic does everything in our power to host our events, however we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. We hold the right to change venue, tournament structure/schedule, and number of games should the conditions merit. Our goal is to play the tournament in a safe and efficient manner for our participants and spectators.
