We Need Your Help!

We are always looking for great people to help us put together the Pond Hockey Classics and to help us throughout the course of tournament weekend. The success of this event lies a great deal on the shoulders of dedicated individuals who volunteer their time to help us.

We have many positions available so we should be able to accomodate your requests.

If you are interested in volunteering please fill out the form below, completely and we will be in touch! Thank you for your support and willingness to volunteer!

Do you enjoy being active and doing things hands-on? Volunteers will be needed to help operate and maintain tournament grounds. Some tasks can include directing traffic and patrons, assisting set-up and break down, and maintaining the aesthetics of the tournament site. Volunteers should be prepared to work outside during the tournament weekend. Volunteers assisting in set-up and break down may also be asked to lift objects weighing over 50 pounds.

Are you outgoing, patient, and able to think on your feet? If so your skills are needed to make this event a success. Volunteers will help run the tournament headquarters locations as well as help run night time events throughout the weekend. Some tasks may include making announcements over the loudspeaker, answering any questions players and spectators may have, and collecting game cards to be handed in to the tournament scheduler. In addition, the hospitality department will also be a good fit for volunteers who wish to work indoors.

Do you want to be a part of the game? We need volunteers that have experience with the game of hockey and are well versed with the rules and how the game is run. Your experience will be used to help monitor game play and ensure friendly competition. Help will also be needed to run other various hockey events going on during tournament play, such as running the skills competition. Volunteers should be prepared to work outside during the tournament weekend.
